What you can expect from the course
This course examines the types of challenging behaviour together with effective proven techniques for dealing with them more positively.
The reasons behind the behaviour are examined together with what we can realistically do to effectively manage the exhibited behaviour—long and short term. Often challenging behaviour disrupts the group dynamic that may otherwise be calm with the leader in control.
This course delivers ‘real’ ways to minimise any disruption allowing the leader to remain in control while the remainder of the group remain as unaffected as possible.
Evaluation
Delegates are invited to evaluate each day of the course via group and individual evaluation
Cost
£100 per person
