Who This Course is For
This course is intended to support management, front line staff or anyone who is required to deal with challenging behaviour. The course allows for both the learning and the practice of techniques that are vital when dealing with most forms of challenging behaviour.

What you can expect from the course
Expect initial examination of the types of challenging behaviour followed by the learning of effective skills and techniques. These techniques are proven to deal more positively with the behaviour.
Challenging behaviour can often disrupt a group dynamic that may otherwise be calm and productive. Prism training can offer you ‘real’ ways to minimise most disruption allowing a calmer group dynamic to be achieved and maintained.
Evaluation
Delegates are invited to evaluate each day of the course via group and individual evaluation
