Who This Course is For

This course is designed for managers, supervisors or anyone who wants to raise the confidence and competence of their staff and provides a basis for progressive communication.  This course will allow them to assist people is developing their skills in a positive and proactive way.

Content

The course is split into 3 basic sections:

• Blueprint:  The What, Why, Who and How of coaching
• Attitude:  Of you and your team
• Building your coaching & mentoring skills—by adding to your skill set and by identifying and taking advantage of every opportunity

What you can expect from the course

You can expect each delegate attending this valuable and valid workshop to develop their area of knowledge, skills and techniques to enable them to coach and/or mentor and maximise fully on each staff members potential.

In today’s busy workplace it is not always easy to release staff to attend training and even then the training doesn’t always help them with some ‘on-the-job’ tasks—coaching and mentoring often allow you to overcome this barrier and this course allows all delegates to learn best practice methods to fully use this method.

Evaluation

Delegates are invited to evaluate each day of the course via group and individual evaluation
